Welcome to Canvas 101

This self-paced course is designed to get you familiar with Canvas and provide you with some key takeaways that will get you up and running with your class.

The course has been broken up into 7 modules, each of which contains resources to help you understand the given topic, along with how-to instructions. To get the most out of this course, it is encouraged that you create your own Canvas course to use as a sandbox area where you can practice the skills demonstrated throughout this course. At the end of each module, there will be a quick knowledge check to reinforce what you're learning. Upon completing this course, you will receive a Canvas Essentials digital badge. But pay close attention, because in order to unlock the badge, you must view all of the pages and only miss one question per knowledge check. However, you do have unlimited attempts on the knowledge checks. So keep at it until you master the material.
